Pavers
Paver installation, repair and restoration
Paver patios set over a prepared base, plus repair of shifted or stained surfaces and sealing, for homes and commercial properties across Tampa Bay.
Chapter 01
Paver Patio Installation
A paver patio is a lot of small pieces trusting one base. If that base is wrong, every unit above it moves, so the installation starts where all our work starts: a site evaluation of the soil, the existing drainage and the grade.
Pavers go down over a prepared base, and the preparation is the part you never see once the job is finished. Most failures in Florida trace back to inadequate sub-base preparation and drainage that wasn't designed in from the start, and pavers don't get a pass on that.
Concrete is poured as a single surface and cures in place. Pavers are individual units, which gives you more design flexibility and the option of repairing one spot later without touching the rest.

Repair and restoration
Pavers shift, and they stain. We repair shifted or stained surfaces and restore tired ones, instead of telling you the whole patio has to come up.
The big advantage of the system is that damaged or stained units can be swapped out individually. Before we replace anything, we assess whether the surrounding units are stable, because a loose neighbor will only pull the new paver out of line again. We source matching material where possible.
If the surface is moving because of a base or drainage problem, we say so up front. A fresh unit on top of a failing base is just a short-term fix.
Chapter 03
Sealing, at installation or on its own
Sealing is available at installation, or as a standalone service on pavers someone else laid. You don't have to hire us to build the surface to hire us to seal it.
Plan to reseal every 3 to 5 years, depending on sun exposure, traffic, and the sealer used. A shaded courtyard and a south-facing driveway in full Florida sun won't need the same schedule.
We tell you what the surface in front of us needs when we see it, not what a calendar says.
